Cher Lloyd fobs off Swagger Jagger criticism as Example calls her horrible 

Cher Lloyd has shrugged off criticism from fans who have slated her debut single, Swagger Jagger, tweeting that her 'dream came true' as rapper Example branded her 'horrible'.

The X Factor reject told her followers that she didn't care about the bad reviews. She said: 'Well we all knew I'd get mixed reviews! I'm still proud, my dream came true. Thanks for all the support!' Cher's new single has been rubbished by Twitter users who have accused her of ripping off tunes like Oh, My Darling Clementine and kids song, Little Donkey.



 The song leaked online last week and now will officially be released in July. Example even tweeted: 'Cher Lloyd's single has been leaked. The biggest crime since she got a record deal.' The rapper told stv.tv that he thought the track was 'awful'. He said: 'I think what people have to remember is when you’re someone like Cher Lloyd in the pop world, when she got a record deal, there would have been a big meeting about who’s going to write her hits and who is going to produce her hits.

It’s all manufactured which is fine, cause that’s what a lot of pop music is - not me I write my own stuff. 'But they could have put her in with all the best songwriters in the world but the best they could come up with is “get on the floor floor floor, get on the floor” and “Swagger Jagger” which means absolutely nothing. So I think its back to the drawing board for her and her record label.' He added that he found Cher, who has been collaborated with Busta Rhymes on her debut album, 'a bit horrible'. 'I’ve got nothing against the girl personally. She goes in the press and slates everyone. She’s a bit horrible herself. Then everyone’s like “she’s only 17” but I think well don’t go on The X Factor then, don’t get into this industry.'
